Why do people come to counselling?
People come to counselling for reasons that are as individual as they are.
Counselling can help if you are dealing with:

- Depression or anxiety
- Anger, loss, hurt or loneliness
- Relationship or work difficulties
- Feeling overwhelmed, confused or unsupported
- Low self esteem
- Seeking to understand yourself and past negative patterns
- Feeling stuck in any area of your life
- Trauma or abuse

How does counselling work?
Together we go on a journey to learn more about you - what makes you tick, what your hopes & dreams are, what challenges you are facing and ways to deal with them.

All our psychologists utilise a range of approaches including Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, mindfulness, Interpersonal Therapy, hypnotherapy, Psychodynamic approaches, skills training and psychoeducation.
