How
does counselling work?
Together
we go on a journey to learn more about you - what makes you tick,
what your hopes & dreams are, what challenges you are facing
and ways to deal with them.
All our
psychologists utilise a range of approaches including Acceptance
& Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy,
mindfulness, Interpersonal Therapy, hypnotherapy, Psychodynamic
approaches, skills training and
psychoeducation.
About Us
Simone

Simone

influenced by Buddhism in her work – helping her clients to develop
self-compassion, and to more fully experience and enjoy their
lives. She is passionate about helping her clients to find new
and creative ways to be in the world, learn to be kind and
supportive of themselves, and find their path to greater happiness.
She brings warmth, empathy and a sense of curiosity to her work –
to create a safe and encouraging environment for you.
Simone
has a special interest in working with anxiety, depression and
trauma, and is known for her sensitive approach to helping people
overcome these difficult issues.
Simone's
skills and experience have seen her sought out by both
individuals and organisations. She has been involved in training
counsellors at the Australian College of Applied Psychology for
over 6 years.
