What
is Reflexology?
Reflexology
is a unique method of stimulating the body’s natural healing
abilities. A reflexologist works on the reflex areas, which are
located in the feet, head and hands, in order to enhance
wellbeing.
Chill
I
believe relaxation is the basis of physical and emotional
wellbeing. Whilst enjoying a deeply satisfying treatment you can
rest assured that you are looking after your health. Reflexology is
by far the most nurturing natural therapy I have experienced in my
life. (See testimonials below). I invite you to come, enjoy a
session and experience Chill for yourself. a session
generally lasts an hour. Reflexology is non-invasive, all you
have to do is remove your shoes and socks, lie back and relax. A
session usually lasts an hour.
“Remember you don’t need to be suffering to benefit. Reflexology is
a safe and natural way of maintaining optimal health and
vitality.”
Testimonials
"I
always look forward to my reflexology appointment because I'm
usually quite revved up by the time I get there. At the end of a
busy day it's a pleasure to be around Des' positive energy. I
always feel so much more grounded and connected after a reflexology
treatment, and invariably end up with some clarity of thought and
insight" JUDI ANDERSON
"I'd
highly recommend reflexology to anyone who has diabetes. Feet
have been a problem for me and since I started reflexology I
haven't had the sorts of pain in my feet that I had a month ago. My
circulation has improved and it is helping to reduce my sugar
levels." GEORGE TAHAN
"I'd
be very happy to recommend people give this a try. I normally like
deep tissue, but reflexology despite being more subtle, has been
very effective and powerful for me. I've had lots of stresses,
shifts and dramas over the past 12 months. During a session I very
quickly achieve a sense of deep peace. The benefit stays with me,
moves with me. I progressively feel more anchored." MARGARET
CONSTANTOPOLOUS
"The
most relaxing therapy I've ever had. It's amazing that doing that
with your feet can affect your whole body, but it does. I feel more
peaceful and able to cope with things. I feel it's helped my body
stand up to the rigours of cancer therapy, by reducing some of the
more horrible side effects. It's like walking on air afterwards."

Des Fleming
A
graduate of the ASRR and a member of the Reflexology
Association of Australia. I had my first reflexology treatment
in Dublin, Ireland in August of 1998. At the time I was suffering
from severe sinusitis. I was hooked from the first session and
found after a course of treatments that not only was there
significant relief from the sinusitis, but overall I felt so much
better. It is a pleasure to be able to pass on the benefits of this
wonderful treatment.
